Ingredients

• 3/4 cup almond flour
• 1/4 cup coconut flour
• 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
• Psyllium fiber, flaxseed meal, or Xanthan gum to bind flour
• 2 tablespoons oat fiber
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter chilled and diced
• 1 large egg lightly beaten
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 8 oz oyster and shitake mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 3 tbsp chives
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tbsp cashew cream
