Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups white wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup sugar (you may use less if you want them less sweet)
• 1/4 cup chocolate or carob powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup water
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
