Leftover Turkey Pasta Bake « Hayter's Farm

Ingredients

• 3 Cups of Cooked Leftover Hayter’s Farm Turkey
• Oil of Choice
• 1 Leek, Roughly Chopped
• 1 Cup of Sliced Mushrooms
• 2 Handfuls of Spinach
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
• 250g of Pasta of Choice – TIP: Use a pasta that has some nooks that will harbor some of the delicious sauce you’re going to make
• 1 Cup Stock of Choice
• 1 1/4 Cups Water
• 1 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1 Cup Gruyere, Shredded
• 1 Cup Mozzarella, Shredded
• Salt and Pepper
