- 1 pear, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1 level tsp baking powder
- 2 tablespoons dark cocoa
- 2 tablespoons almond meal
- 45 grams butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- custard and cream, to serve
