- 1 x (280 g) Jar Of Marinated Artichokes (200 g Drained Weight)
- 1 x (400 g) Tin of White Beans (240 g Drained Weight)
- 30 g Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Lemons
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
