• 2 lb beef chuck roast
• 1 whole sweet onion, sliced
• 1½ tsp salt
• 2 cups new potatoes, halved
• 1 tbsp dried minced onions
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 cups beef broth
• 3 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
