  • s¼ cup green bell pepper, 1” chunks
  • ½ yellow onion, 1” chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup of flour
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ cup Bubbies Kosher Dill Pickle Brine
  • 1 ½ tbls soy sauce
  • ¼ cup of green onions, chopped
