- Amchur (Dried Mango Powder) 1/4 tsp
- Melted butter 1/4 cup
- 1 onion
- Tomatoe 1 chopped
- Finely chopped green chilli 2
- Fine Flour 2 cup
- Curd diluted with 1 Tbsp water 4 tbsp
- Baking Soda Or Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Baking Soda( For every batter bowl ) 1 tsp
- Kalaunji 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green coriander 1/4 cup
