Ingredients
- olive oil
- ½ a bunch of rosemary (10g)
- 1 x 1kg root veg stew pack (1 small swede, 1 parsnip, 2 carrots, 1 onion)
- 2 large leeks
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 1 teaspoon yeast extract
- 3 tablespoons tomato purée
- 1 x 400g tin of green lentils
- 900g potatoes
- 1 Savoy cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
