  • 1 carp (3 lb/1.5 kg)
  • 1 pickerel (3 lb/1.5 kg)
  • 1 whitefish (3 lb/1.5 kg)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 unflavoured gelatin
  • parsley sprigs
  • lemon wedges
  • 1 carrots finely chopped
  • 1 celery stalk with leaves finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 parsley sprigs
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 whole peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 7 cups water
