• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup fancy molasses
