Cream of Mushroom Soup - Borden Dairy

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms (your choice, portobello recommended)
• 1 small onion diced
• 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1 clove galric minced
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup Borden Heavy Whipping Cream or Borden Whole milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
