Ingredients
- 120g dried dates
- 120g almonds
- 50g dark chocolate
- 250ml cream
- 200g white chocolate
- 250g full fat cream cheese
- 150ml double fat Greek yoghurt
- 85g honey or castor sugar
- 10 figs
- 100ml honey
- 3ml vanilla paste
- 3ml chai spice (optional)
- 10 fresh figs, halved
- 40g white chocolate
- basil mint leaves and flowers (optional)
