• 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp tabasco sauce
• 34 g tomato ketchup, or 2tbsp
• 2 tbsp brown sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp english mustard
• 40 g cheddar cheese
• 454 g sirloin steaks, fat removed
• 1 tsp paprika
