• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
• 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
• 1 serrano pepper chopped
• 1 shallot chopped
• 1 stalk celery chopped
• Juice of a lemon
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 egg beaten
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning or more to taste
• ¾ cup bread crumbs or crushed saltine crackers
