Tomato tart | Mutti Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1 x 400g tin Mutti Baby Roma Tomatoes
• 1.5 sheets butter puff pastry, just thawed
• Crumbled goats’ feta
• Fresh oregano leaves
