Ingredients
- 12 sardines, butterflied
- 25 ml olive oil
- 2 tomatoes, grated
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 4 slices sourdough, charred/ toasted
- Squeeze of lemon
- 12 sardines, gutted
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 50 ml of olive oil
- Small bunch of parsley, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, grated
