  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 15-oz. can no-salt-added kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 15-oz. can no-salt-added black beans, undrained
  • 1 15-oz. can no-salt-added chopped tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 15-oz. can no-salt-added corn, undrained, or 1¾ cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
