Chicken and White Bean Chili - Bell & Evans

Ingredients

• 4 Cups Bell & Evans Chicken Tenders or Thin Sliced Breasts , shredded
• 4 Cups Bell & Evans Chicken Bone Broth
• 1 lb. Dried small white beans
• 8 Fresh Anaheim chillies (about 1 lb)
• 1/4 Cup (1/2 stick) Butter
• 2 Lg onions
• 1/3 Cup All purpose flour
• 3 Cups half and half
• 2 Medium tomatoes, diced and seeded
• 1 TB ea Chili powder and cumin
• 1 TB Hot pepper sauce
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp White pepper
• 6 oz Grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 Cup Sour cream
• Chopped Fresh cilantro to taste
