• 2 Medium yellow onions, chopped
• 1 Small bell pepper, chopped
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 pt Heavy cream, 1 cups
• 1 Green onions, chopped
• ½ cups Parsley, chopped
• 1 teaspoon Dried basil
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 2 teaspoons Salt
• 2 teaspoons Ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoons Ground white pepper
• 1 5-6 shots Tabasco sauce
• 1 lb Fresh white crab meat
