• 20 Raw Prawns large de-shelled
• 1 Garlic clove finely grated
• 1 Red chilli large mild finely chopped
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 20 Cocktail sticks
