• 1 jalapeno, stemmed and chopped (leave the seeds if you would lilke more heat)
• 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
• 2 teaspoons chopped red onion
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 pound lump or claw crabmeat, picked over for shells and cartilage
• 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
• 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
