• 450g cocktail sausages, cut in half
• 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
• 2 garlic cloves, grated
• 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
• 1 red pepper, roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp self-raising flour
• 400g tin chopped tomatoes
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• Salt
• 200g frozen large prawns, thawed
• Fresh coriander, finely chopped, to garnish
• Lime, wedge (optional) to serve
