• 4 slices New York Bakery Texas Toast with Real Garlic
• 1-1 ½ pound flank, flat iron or other premium steak cut*
• 1 medium sweet onion, cut into ¼” discs
• 1 large red bell pepper, cut into large pieces for grilling
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• To taste salt and pepper
• 2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
