• 1 medium onion diced
• 1 Pepper, Jalapeno seeded and diced
• 1/4 cup All purpose flour
• 1 32 oz chicken stock broth
• 2 Russet potatoes cubed
• 1/2 Tsp Ms Dash Seasoning
• 3 Cups Sweet Corn, White
• 1 Cup Fat Free Milk
• 3 Tbsp Fat Free Half and half
• 1/2 cup reduced fat chedder cheese shredded
• 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
