Rustic Steak Mince Pizzas recipe by Fatima Mahomed

Ingredients

• 500g Steak freshly ground mince
• 1 teaspoon ginger, garlic mixed fresh crushed red chillies with olive oil
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice or ½ lemon freshly squeezed
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 punnet mushroom (optional)
• Pinch tumeric
• ½ teaspoon garum masala (garnishing)
• ½ teaspoon suhanas red chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon mixed dhania (coriander)/ jeera
• 1 large red onions chopped
• 1 teaspoon whole jeera
• Pinch freshly ground black pepper
• 2 Tblespoon butter ghee (Clarified butter)
• Handful chopped in chunks, chillies polony or salamis
• Chopped fresh leafy dhania (coriander) or mint leaves
• Oregano dried herbs
• Oil for braising.
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• ½ tub cream cheese
• 3 wheels fete cheese
