  • 1 apple
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 150g Panettone
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 40g caster sugar
  • 2tsp corn flour
  • 250ml milk of choice
  • 1tsp vanilla paste
  • 200ml double cream
  • 2tbsp flaked almonds
