• 1 package Mushroom Ravioli
• 450 g beef tenderloin, cut into 2-inch cubes
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 1 sprig fresh thyme
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 cup beef broth
• 2 Tbsp cognac
• 0.75 cup cream
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Tbsp dill, chopped
• 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
• Salt & pepper to taste
