• 1 small Spanish onion
• 750g tomatoes
• 1 small red capsicum
• 1 Lebanese cucumber
• 2 slices crusty white bread
• 75ml olive oil
• 125ml red wine vinegar
• 125ml water
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
