• 300 ml (½ pint) beef stock

• 450 g (1 lb) extra lean beef or steak mince
• 175 g (6 oz) mushrooms, sliced
• 2 sun-dried tomatoes, diced
• 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
