• 120 g jasmine rice
• 1 piece of fresh ginger
• 1 clove of garlic
• 0.5 red bell pepper
• 0.5 yellow bell pepper
• 0.5 tsp yellow chilli pepper
• 0.5 tsp red chilli pepper
• 1 tbsp oil
• 4 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Wok Sauce with Toasted Sesame
• 30 g cashew nuts
• 2 tbsp bamboo shoots
• 1 few sprigs of coriander
• 1 lime
• 1 tsp sesame seeds
