Khowse recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• Add in 2 Taj 2 Elachi (cardomom) 2 cloves
• (I put ¼ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder)
• 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala
• 1 kg cubed fillets
• Salt white pepper dhana jeeroo arad (Turmeric) chilli powder . Cook
• Add in ¾ cup grated tomatoes
• Add to chicken adding milk if necessary.
• Add to chicken.
• Greens to garnish
• 1 onion
• 1 tomato
• 1 green chilli
