Ingredients: 2kg pork, maple, bacon and apple sausage mince; 1 x 800g can diced apples; 400g diced bacon; Ground cinnamon to garnish; Weigh out and divide the sausage mince into 250g portions and roll into balls.; Using a soft drink can, mold a pocket on the top of the meatball, using the can to create a cup shape.; Fill each pocket with approximately 100g diced apple, top with 50g diced bacon.
