Ingredients: 2 oranges, cut into segements; 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard; 1-2 avocados, cubed (gently toss with vinaigrette unless you cut right before serving; 1/4 cup fresh orange juice; 1/4 cup dried cranberries; 2 teaspoons sugar; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice; 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar; Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste; 5-6 cups salad greens, I used baby spinach and baby romaine
