Ingredients
- 4-1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour
- 2 1/4 tsp of Instant Yeast
- 2 Tbsp of Sugar
- 1 Tbsp of Coarse Kosher Salt (use only 2 tsp if using fine salt)
- 1-1/2 cups of Warm Water
- 2 Tbsp of Melted Butter
- 4oz of shredded Mozzarella
- 4oz of shredded Gouda
- 1 Beaten Egg
- Pretzel Salt or Coarse Kosher Salt
- 10 cups of Water
- 1/3 cup of Baking Soda
- 4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
- 4 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1/2 cup of Beer, I use Yingling
- Few Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp of Whole Grain Mustard
- 4oz of Sharp Cheddar, shredded fresh
- 4oz of Swiss, shredded fresh
- Salt
- Pepper
