- ½ cup Black Beans
- 7 oz. Diced Green Chiles
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Chile Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 cups Mexican Blend Cheese; divided
- 18 Corn Tortillas
- 2 ½ cups Enchilada Sauce
