• 1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup evaporated milk OR heavy cream
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup salted butter
• 1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup water
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
