Ingredients

  • 1kg (approx. 5) Granny Smith apples
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 1½ cups (210g) frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • ½ cup (75g) plain flour
  • ⅓ cup (75g) brown sugar
  • 1½ cups (135g) traditional rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup (30g) desiccated coconut
  • 150g Fairy margarine, melted
  • Golden syrup and vanilla ice cream to serve
