Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cups thinly sliced onion
• 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 lb sirloin steak, frozen for about an hour for easy cutting
• 1/4 tsp salt
• ground black pepper
• 2 slices provolone cheese, cut into 8 pieces
• 8 butter dinner rolls or slider rolls
