Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil divided (or as needed)
• 1/2 sweet yellow onion halved and thinly sliced (2-inch slices)
• 1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
• 1/2 green bell pepper thinly sliced
• 4 Butcher Box.ca AAA baseball cut top sirloin VERY thinly sliced
• 1 tsp Seasoned Salt or other all-purpose seasoning, divided
• 1 tsp garlic pepper divided
• 4 hoagie rolls
• 3 tbsp softened butter
• 4 ounces sliced Provolone cheese (7 1-ounce slices)
