- 1 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 1 Jalapeño chilli
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt/pepper to taste
