Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 400g tin crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 3 tsp sumac
• 2 tsp paprika
• 400g lamb mince
• 2 lemons
• 1 cup tahini
• 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• 1 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
