Ingredients
- 0.8 kg chicken thighs and drumsticks
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 onion, cut into cubes
- 2 garlic coves
- 1 big carrot, cut into quarter rounds
- 1 cup barley
- 3 bay leaves
- pinch dry parsley
- 4 cups water
- 1 chicken cube
- Pinch of fresh parsley for garnish
