• 1 tbsp Low sodium Parmesan cheese
• 1 Egg
• ¼ cup Low-fat plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp Garlic powder
• 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
• 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
