• 1 Baby fennel, trimmed, finely sliced
• 1 Bunch english spinach, washed, trimmed, coarsely chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 165g Gravox cheese finishing sauce
• 1/2 cup Sour cream
• 1/3 cup Grated cheddar cheese
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1/3 cup Dill, chopped
• - Salt and pepper to season
• 1 Large round cob loaf (450g)
• - Vegetable crudités to serve
