Ingredients

• 1 pound ground bison
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2-4 challah buns
• 4 slices pepperjack cheese
• 2 tsp mustard
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 Tbsp butter to fry the onion in
