Ingredients

• PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

• 1/4 cup cold water
• Fresh raspberries and Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping, optional
• 1 pkg (8 oz each) 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 container (6 oz each) raspberry lowfat yogurt
• 1/4 cup nonfat chocolate syrup, optional
• 1 envelope (.25 oz each) unflavored gelatin
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1-1/3 cups cornflake crumbs, divided
• 2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub, melted
• 1 pkg (10 oz each) frozen red raspberries in lite syrup, thawed
