• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) fresh strawberries
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) chilled apple juice
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) dark rum
• 1/3 cup (75 ml) sugar
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) graham cracker crumbs
• 1 lemon wedge
• 4 daiquiri glasses, in the freezer
• Sliced fresh strawberries for garnishing
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
