Spicy bread dipper

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup of robust or medium-intensity extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
• 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
• 1 – 2 tablespoons parmesan or pecorino, grated.
• 2 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes, chopped
• 1 – 2 tablespoons Calabrian pickled peppers or pickled cherry peppers chopped
• 1 sheet focaccia, sliced
