• 4 small corn or flour tortillas
• 1 tomato, chopped
• ½ avocado, sliced
• 1 sweetcorn, tinned
• 1 cucumber, ribboned or sliced
• coriander leaves to garnish
• Fresh onion, sliced to garnish
